Privacy notice
This page explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for a demo. It is short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are
We are SealCopy. You can reach us at hello@sealcopy.com.

2. What we collect
The only personal details this website collects are the ones you type into the demo request form. That is:
- your name
- your work email
- your club or company
- an optional note, if you write one
If our email service is not working, the form opens your own email app instead, with the same words ready to send. In that case the details reach us only if you press send.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps ordinary technical logs. These can include your IP address, the time of your visit and the page you asked for. We do not read them for any other purpose, and the hosting provider keeps them, not us.
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics today. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
We do not ask for anything else. We do not ask you to make an account, and we do not collect video, payment details or anything sensitive on this website. Please do not put confidential details in the note.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request and to show you a demo. We use them for nothing else. We do not sell them. We do not use them for advertising.
4. Who sees it
Our team sees your request. 2 service providers handle it for us, and they act only on our behalf:
- the email delivery provider that carries the form to our inbox (name: To be confirmed before launch)
- the hosting provider that runs this website (name: To be confirmed before launch)
We share your details with no one else, unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need to reply and follow up on your request. If you ask us to delete them, we will. The exact time we keep them: To be confirmed before launch.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Write to hello@sealcopy.com. Your exact rights depend on where you live. We will answer as soon as we can. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not give your details to the wrong person.
7. Children
This website is for working adults. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect details from them.

If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date below.
